How to Enable Google Remarketing with Magento
Integrate Google Tag Manager with Magento
This integration requires our Google Tag Manager Extension.
Google Ads Remarketing Tag
Create a Google Ads Remarketing Tag in Google Tag Manager.
- In Tag Manager, select New Tag and then Tag Configuration and then Google Ads Remarketing.
- Enter the Google Ads Conversion ID and optional Conversion Label in the provided fields.
- Click Triggering and choose one or more triggers to specify when the tag should fire. For example, select a trigger that fires on all pages if you want to add a remarketing tag to every page of your website.
- Click Save to complete your tag setup. Important: For optimal web browser compatibility, ensure that a conversion linker is enabled.
Preview your changes, and publish when ready.

To set up a conversion linker tag:
- Click Tags and then New.
- Click Tag Configuration and select Conversion Linker.
- Select a trigger. In most cases, you should use a trigger that fires on all page views, or on specific page views where site visitors will land after an ad is clicked.
- Save and publish your tag configuration.
