I've worked with MagePal for a few years they are always very responsive and very knowledgable. There is nothing I ask for they can't do. From basic fixes to major customization they do a great job.

We were very happy with the extension we purchased and I was *VERY* pleasantly surprised by the fast support we received in getting a couple of things working. They were super responsive!

I purchased several extensions from their website and and got some from their git account, helpful stuff. The offer a niche extensions that I couldn't' find easily somewhere else. The chat help is responsive and get my questions answered.

I’m giving it 5 stars because I not only get an extension that works, but has strong and speedy customer service and support. This is important as I’m running different things and can’t expect the extension to deprecate or malfunction. I’ve used more 3 extensions, namely GTM, data layer and smtp extensions and I have no complains.

Renon was of great help. I appreciate his patience and explanation of what the issue was with my site. I'm excited to use the Custom Shipping Rates extension.

Great set of extensions for Magento. We've been using their SMTP app for Magento 2 for a long time; upgrades are quick and easy to install in the app/code directory and use. Chat support on their site was virtually instantaneous; they answered all my tech and merchandise questions quickly.

Best extension support in the Magento community. Don't just force use to provide server access
